Zoel Events is a family-run handmade brand based in Patras, Greece, specializing in handmade wedding and baptism favors. Our products are crafted with care and attention to detail. Because each item is handmade to order specifically for your event, small variations may occur — these are part of the uniqueness and charm of bespoke handmade goods.

We strive to display the colors and images of our favors as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly reflect the actual product color or texture. As all items are handmade to order, slight variations in size, finish, or shade are normal and expected.

  • All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT (where applicable).

  • Payments must be made securely via the methods offered at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide from Greece. Since our wedding and baptism favors are handmade to order, production times apply before shipping. Zoel Events is not responsible for customs delays or import taxes applied by your destination country.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized and handmade nature of our products, Zoel Events does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. We encourage customers to review all details carefully before placing an order. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photo documentation.
